Financial statement analysis provides the primary foundation to evaluate business performance. All owners and managers should have capability to analyze financial statements to understand the impact of business decisions on financial performance. This course has been organized to provide the basic financial knowledge for non-financial managers in just one day.
After attending this program, you will understand the basic financial concepts and be able to analyze financial statements as financial manager. Moreover, you’ll be able to communicate more effectively in relation to the financial performances within your organization and to the other stakeholders.
